I'm Meho — a brand designer and strategist based in Nairobi. I run Studio Meho, an independent practice at the intersection of story, culture, and systems.

Over 5+ years across brand strategy, visual identity, UX, and editorial design, I've helped founders, startups, and creative businesses build things that feel like they mean something — across SaaS, entertainment, fintech, and e-commerce. I think anthropologically about brands: a brand that can't be explained can't be trusted, and a brand that can't be experienced can't be remembered.

I work exclusively on an FFOSS stack — Figma, Affinity, Framer, Rive, Cavalry. Premium work, no Adobe tax. The tools you choose say something about who you build for.

Writing runs parallel to the design practice and has never been separate from it. I'm the author of Broken Seams, a poetry collection. I've been published by Bano Tano and Lolwe. I run Mifumo — a publication exploring design, culture, and what it means to build coherent things in complex markets.
